Hindi Translation

जिनकी आत्मा कामना में लगी हुई है और जिनका स्वर्ग ही परम लक्ष्य है, वे भोग और ऐश्वर्य की प्राप्ति के लिए जन्म और कर्म के फल को देने वाली तथा क्रियाविशेषों से भरपूर (उपासनाओं) को कहते हैं।

English Translation

Meaning

They are dominated by material desires and are inclined to heaven. They perform various specific rituals for the attainment of pleasure and power, which result in rebirth as the effect of their actions.
